So go ahead - throw your whole self in and shake it all around!
When you think about it, the Hokey Pokey IS what it's all about. Not putting the individual body parts in, so much. But putting your whole self in. Isn't life best when you put your whole self in? No holding back. That's what I think anyway.

I love Dave Walker's site.
I never really thought I was fat as a teen (though I carried the complex from my childhood). But I look at my childhood photos I realise that I was not fat at all despite the fact that my dad, brother and kids at made feel that I was and teased me a lot.
Unfortunately now I am - and its a battle I have not yet started winning.
I long for the 12-25 years old- got some great photos of that era!
